Custom Orders

Refund and Returns Policy:

At East Coast Driveline, Inc., all custom orders are crafted specifically to the unique dimensions you provide. Because of the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements provided are accurate for manufacturing. East Coast Driveline, Inc. cannot be held liable for issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

If your driveshaft is built according to the specifications you provided and does not fit due to being too long or too short, we cannot take responsibility for the discrepancy.


Customer Approval:

Customers are required to verify and confirm all measurements before production begins. We strongly encourage double-checking all dimensions to avoid any issues. Production will not begin without your written or verbal confirmation.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the product is non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Adjustments and Warranty:

While custom orders are non-refundable, we may offer adjustments for a service fee. If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

Dispute Resolution:

We strive to ensure every product meets the specifications you provide. If you believe your order was not made to the dimensions submitted, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
